Improving your life is the most challenging thing IN your life. This is my attempt to lose weight and get healthy. I thought if I would keep a vlog journal while having some fun, that I may push myself through my journey and transformation. With many years of failed behavior modifications in order to get my projects completed to no avail. And lose weight effectively and healthy without the hunger games. I have recently decided to give the ADHD ( Attention Deficit Disorder ) medications a try. Under a careful doctor’s care of course. While I’m waiting for my Wellbutrin to kick in.
